Driving

I've been taking the classroom part of driver's ed classes for a while, and today my instructor took me driving. First we went to an empty parking lot and I attempted to park. That was probably the hardest part- judging when to turn and when to straighten the wheel. But I wasn't too, too bad. It took me forever to remember which way to turn the wheel when I was in reverse. :-)
After I finished parking, my instructor took me to Shenandoah, and I drove around in there for a while. Then she directed me across town to pick up another student. I went through stop lights and I was all up in traffic. I went over the interstate, too. She said that I did well for my first lesson. So, I'll see how I do the rest of this week. I'm pooped. Who knew driving could make someone so tired!
