Japanese IQ Test

My friend sent me this game. It's really hard. Here's the instructions:

Click on the big, blue circle.
The mom can't be left with the sons without the dad.
The dad can't be left with the daughters without the mom.
The thief can't be left with any of the family members without the policemen.
The mom, the dad, and the policeman are the only ones who can operate the raft.
Get everyone across the river.
